So here I am… sitting down to write 5 For the Weekend 2001 and I erm… I kinda got a little distracted!! Why? Well, Larry DiMarzio has some amazing videos up on YouTube. Here’s a couple of my faves to get you started:

Greg Howe

I’m a huge Greg Howe fan. He pulls all this stuff off flawlessly with barely the slightest nervous tension. Absolutely stunning.

Andy Timmons

I remember when Andy first came on the scene and embarrassingly I have to say I know little else about him since… judging by this amazing video I’ve been missing out! Although I have to say… sitting down guitar playing is definitely more comfortable to watch!! :p

I don’t know what’s scarier… the ridiculously low viewing figures or the amazing playing!! Thank you Larry DiMarzio for uploading such brilliant guitar gold!!
