An SG with a Floyd Rose Trem? Yes, this is a direct shot back at companies that offer similar SG style guitars for Metal guitarists and in my opinion probably should have been introduced a long time ago. Of course if you would prefer a Metal SG without the trem you can always go with the cheaper SG Gothic Morte. As you can see the controls have been simplified from a regular SG to just a single tone and volume control and all chrome hardware including the Floyd Rose Trem and Humbucker covers.

Hmmm — cool option for Iommi lovers – He used a signature Gibson SG with 24 fret neck and a Floyd live with Heaven & Hell on at least one song
Actually, this is pretty cool. I've owned a few SG's in the past but they've always been neck heavy. The extra mass from the Floyd might rectify this? Would love to try one out. And the tuning would sure be a lot more stable, Gibson 3-a-side head-stocks are notorious for the D and G strings going out of tune.
