Ok I admit when I first saw this product I thought it was a bit silly but then I was thinking about this bell in my house, but when you think about using the GuitDoorbell in a guitar shop it makes perfect sense! The GuitDoorbell is basically a half sized acoustic guitar that is fixed to a bracked above your door and a pick striker assemble that is attached to the door and holds a guitar pick so that when the door opens and closes is strums the open strings. All you need to do is tune the guitar to an open chord of your choosing, I think I would be tempted to mod the GuitDoorbell so that opening and closing the door actually moved a slide up and down the strings and tune the guitar to open G for some stones style riffin’!
